A downhome classic! Fresh, lump crab meat in a thick, rich bisque makes an amazing showcase for your tastebuds. Not a traditional “Mexican” dish, but we’re in Louisiana!

Light My Fire Fajitas
Our marinated, grilled chicken served with the vegetable medley, fresh pico, shredded lettuce and sour cream combine to form a delicious symphony of flavors. Of course, you will have to roll your own in one of our freshly made flour tortillas…
The Three Amigos Enchiladas
Just let us know which meat you’d like and we will tightly roll your grilled selection in three pan seared, corn tortillas and smother them in your choice of sauce.
Three cheese enchiladas filled with traditional creole crab stuffing made with real lump crab and crab claw meat! Topped only with a lump crab sherry cream sauce.
Tour Bus Tailpipes
A Dos Equis tempura battered poblano pepper is stuffed with cheese or the vegetable medley then fried. We recommend smothering it with our rich sour cream or jalapeno sour cream sauce and topping it with crusted pecans and raisins.

We use our Leidenheimer Poboy bread out of New Orleans to make this delicious, traditional French Toast, then we top it with Steen’s Cane Syrup.
