Classic Tortilla Soup
You can’t mess with a classic. A fresh tomato based soup with onions, chilies, roasted corn, chicken and a light spice and herbal blend topped with avocado, sour cream and homemade tortilla chips.
Back Stage Burrito
Pick your favorite meat selection and combine with our homemade refried beans, then, we’ll top it off with your choice of sauce. For a little extra, stuff it with sautéed onions, mushrooms, roasted corn, and / or jalapenos!
Light My Fire Fajitas
Our marinated, grilled chicken served with the vegetable medley, fresh pico, shredded lettuce and sour cream combine to form a delicious symphony of flavors. Of course, you will have to roll your own in one of our freshly made flour tortillas…
Fab Four Enchiladas
Just let us know your meat selection and we will tightly roll your grilled selection in four pan seared, corn tortillas and smother them in your choice of sauce.
Crab and cheese enchiladas topped only with crab sherry cream sauce, this is a great Cajun twist on a traditional Mexican recipe.
Tour Bus Tailpipes
A Dos Equis tempura battered poblano pepper is stuffed with cheese or the vegetable medley then fried. We recommend smothering it with our rich sour cream or jalapeno sour cream sauce and topping it with crusted pecans and raisins.
We take fresh poboy bread and fill it with our beans and any of the other fixings available in our burritos! Make your selection of meat [Ground Beef included] or veggie combination, and let us know your choice of sauce. Our guacamole is served on the side.

With ten beers on tap served at or below 29 degrees, plus a host of other great bottled selections, we thought that might be enough to keep everybody happy. After a little more consideration, we figured, why not just really complicate things by offering a large selection of freshly prepared margaritas using fresh fruits and herbs all mixed at the time you order it?

Traditionally known as Tortilla Espanola, this is a delicious cross between a quiche and an omelet.
We use our Leidenheimer Poboy bread out of New Orleans to make this delicious, traditional French Toast, then we top it with Steen’s Cane Syrup.
This is a Mexican version of scrambled eggs with cheese, tortilla chips, eggs, and chipolte sauce. Comes with avocados, sour cream, and pico de gallo.
Huevos Con Papas
A Mexican version of a scrambled egg hash. We fill 2 fried corn tortillas with our scrambled eggs, Mexican style hash browns, pico de gallo, sour cream, and avocado.
2 Sunny side up eggs topped with spicy ranchero sauce, pico de gallo, avocado, and sour cream.
2 fried crab cakes topped with a sweet and spicy corn, serrano and pepper sauce. Made with fresh lump crabmeat.
We stuff a burrito with chorizo, veggies (green and red bell peppers and onions) and scrambled eggs!
Egg and Chorizo
2 scrambled eggs with chorizo and pico de gallo, topped with sour cream and avocados. Served on a fried corn tortilla.
Jalapeno cornbread, sliced tomato, chorizo, and 2 poached eggs. Topped with spicy hollandaise.
